Free shipping on every order. Delivery is already included in the price you see — no extra fees at checkout.
Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from Korea.
Delivery time:
- United States, Canada: 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Other destinations: 10–20 business days
Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Customs & duties: International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local regulations.
Delays: During peak seasons or customs inspections, delivery may take longer than the estimates above. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, contact us for a free replacement or refund.
