We want you to feel completely confident when you shop with V.DOING. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 90 days of delivery.
How it works:
- Email us at support@vdoing.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Conditions:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (for hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned).
- If your order arrived damaged or defective, send us a photo and we will ship a replacement free of charge — no return needed.
Damaged / lost orders: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will replace it at no cost. Just contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
